1. Acceptance
By installing or using the Runback desktop application, browser extension or website (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Runback does
Runback is a no-code web-automation tool. You record a task once and Runback builds an automation that can run again on schedule, on computers you connect. To build, run and debug an automation, Runback processes page content and screenshots in its cloud AI services, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Runback to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate a website’s terms of service;
- access accounts, systems or data you are not authorized to use;
- send spam, scrape at abusive rates, defeat security or bot-detection, or disrupt any service;
- automate activity that is deceptive, harmful, or otherwise abusive.
5. Your responsibility for automations
You decide which accounts, websites and systems Runback acts on, and you are responsible for what your automations do. Automations act using your own logged-in sessions and can change real data. While creating, testing or debugging, use a non-production account or a test system — not a live production account — so a mistake cannot affect important data.
6. Plans, credits and billing
Paid plans, AI credits and per-machine fees are described on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual property
Runback and its software are owned by us and licensed to you, not sold. You retain ownership of the recordings, data and automations you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (for example, to process your content in our cloud AI to build and run your automations).
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automation is inherently sensitive to changes in the websites you target; we do not warrant that any automation will run without error or that results will be accurate or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runback is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is material, notify you.

3. 你的账号

4. 可接受使用
你同意不将 Runback 用于:
- 违反法律、侵犯他人权利或违反网站服务条款;
- 访问你无权使用的账号、系统或数据;
- 发送垃圾信息、以滥用速率抓取、绕过安全或机器人检测,或干扰任何服务;
- 进行具有欺骗性、危害性或其他滥用性质的自动化活动。
5. 你对自动化的责任
由你决定 Runback 作用于哪些账号、网站与系统,并对自动化的行为负责。自动化会用你本人已登录的会话执行,可能改动真实数据。在创建、测试或调试期间,请使用非生产账号或测试系统(而非真实生产账号),以免误操作影响重要数据。
6. 套餐、额度与计费
付费套餐、AI 额度与按机器计费详见我们的定价页。费用预先收取,除法律要求外不予退款。我们可在合理通知后调整价格。
7. 知识产权
Runback 及其软件归我们所有,以许可方式提供给你使用,而非出售。你保留对自己创建的录制、数据与自动化的所有权,并授予我们运营本服务所需的有限权利(例如为生成与运行你的自动化而在云端 AI 中处理你的内容)。
8. 免责声明
在法律允许的最大范围内,本服务按“现状”提供,不作任何形式的担保。自动化天然对目标网站的变化敏感;我们不保证任何自动化无错运行,也不保证结果准确或不中断。
9. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内,对因你使用本服务而产生的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害,或数据、收入、利润损失,Runback 概不负责。我们的总责任以索赔前十二个月你向我们支付的金额为限。
10. 终止
你可随时停止使用本服务。若你违反本条款,或为保护本服务或其他用户,我们可暂停或终止你的访问。
11. 条款变更
我们可能随产品演进更新本条款。届时会更新上方“最后更新”日期;若变更重大,会通知你。
